Christopher Palu is a prominent fashion designer known for his innovative designs and notable appearances on Project Runway. He began his journey in the fashion world while studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where he interned at Vera Wang and ELLE magazine.

Palu's career took off when he secured a position as an Assistant Designer at Sam Edelman. His breakthrough came on Season 10 of Project Runway, where he showcased his talent and creativity, winning four challenges and earning a finalist spot. This exposure catapulted him into the spotlight of the fashion industry at age 23.

Following his success on Project Runway, Palu ventured into freelance work, notably contributing as a designer for Haute Hippie. His skill and dedication quickly elevated him to the role of Associate Designer, where he excelled in various categories including suiting, leather, fur, handbags, and custom-made gowns.

Palu's journey on Project Runway continued with an appearance on Season 3 of Project Runway Allstars, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and accomplished designer. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong connection with the fashion community, collaborating with private clients such as Cynthia Erivo, Alex Newell, RuPaul, and various contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race.

In 2016, Christopher Palu took a significant step forward by launching his eponymous brand, CHRISTOPHER PALU NEW YORK. Since its inception, his brand has been featured at multiple New York Fashion Weeks, showcasing his distinct blend of edge, elegance, innovation, and wearability.

Palu's creativity extends beyond fashion apparel; during the COVID-19 pandemic, he demonstrated his versatility by creating and selling distressed denim face masks, which quickly became popular.

Currently, Palu is gearing up for the relaunch of his label, now branded as "PALU", he will be launching his signature handbag scheduled for November 2024. This endeavor reflects his ongoing commitment to reinventing himself within the competitive fashion industry, aiming to introduce fresh and visionary designs.
